If there is any visible damage upon initially receiving your item(s), you may return them within 15 days of receiving the order. But you must message us with an image of damage with-in 24 hrs of receipt. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
