Instructions
- Remove bladder from cover.
- Place the unit on a flat surface.
- Plug-in the AC adapter, turn the power switch on, make sure the red-light indicator switches on.
- It will take 15-20 minutes to heat up; once the red light is off, turn power switch off and disconnect from the power outlet.
- Insert the bladder into the cover and your Happy Heat Back Warmer is ready to use.

- Do not immerse the bladder in water or any other liquid.
