- IF Shocktato is not working properly, hold down the "on" button for a 15-second count. Must not be in the “LAME” mode. There is a safety feature so a child cannot easily engage the Shocktato.
- IF problem persists, insert a paperclip into the hole labeled reset and hold for 15 seconds resetting the Shocktato. Move the mode selector slide until you hear a sound. Finally slide into the “NORMAL” mode and press start.
