The instructions for our teeth whitening strips:
1. You must dry your teeth with a towel or cloth
2. Peel: Open the pouch and take out the teeth whitening strips. Handle whitening strips with dry hands.
3. Stretch Apply: Apply the lower teeth whitening strip first, then the upper whitening strip. 4. Wear the teeth whitening strips for 30 minutes.
