The mug can easily be turned on or off by long pressing the power button located on the side of the mug. It’s important to turn the mug off when traveling or storing for extended periods. For day-to-day use (if charged) the mug will automatically turn on when it senses liquid poured into it and will automatically power off if the liquid level gets too low or it’s battery depletes. To re-start just give it a charge on it’s coaster.
It is safe to leave the mug charging on its coaster. It will charge to full battery and then maintain when sitting on its charging coaster.
Adjusting the temperature is a breeze! Short press the power button located on the side of the mug to change settings. The LED display on the front of the mug will adjust as the temperature changes. When the mug turns back on after charging it will remember your last heat setting.
Unfortunately, Thermacup is not dishwasher or microwave safe. Please make sure to hand wash the mug after use, avoiding excessive water around the charging port.
