Full bodied tea with slightly spicy, dry finish. Great with milk or without. Brews a brilliant, clear red-brown.
How to Brew: 1.5 heaped teaspoons (4g) per 8oz water at 205F. Leaves can be steeped 2-3 times without loss of flavor. Suggested 1st steep: 2min 30s. Add 30s to each subsequent steep.
